Solid drilled thermowells are designed to withstand greater pressures and fluid velocities than their fabricated counterparts.

Some materials are also difficult to source in specifications to easily form fabricated constructions and so are generally only offered in solid drilled versions.

All thermowells are manufactured to ISO 9000-2000 and are designed to meet British, European American and other relevant standards. 

A wide range of certifications are available on request including; Dye penetration, Radiography, Pressure test, material certification and wake frequency calculations.
