83 Fibered Dampproofing is prepared to semi-mastic consistency for easy application, by brush, spray or roller. 

This material is a multi-purpose, cold applied protective dampproofing that dries to a tough, durable and flexible coating that gives excellent performance over a wide range of temperature and conditions. 

This product exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalies in the soils and in the environment.
