Over time, Splitter and Ultra membranes are subject to fouling and scaling. These build up can slow down equipment processing rates and thereby, affect operations. Regular cleaning of the membrane elements minimizes the loss of performance and extends membrane life.  

NDT Products membrane cleaning solutions can be used to combat this problem.

NDT Product Cleaning Solutions 
DETEX-NS™  Membrane Cleaner and Anti-foulant Solution
  • Designed to clean the membrane surfaces of oils, greases and particulates.
  • Can be used as anti-foulant in the processing of rinsewaters
  • Can be used without regard to hardness levels and should be added back to the process tank to be part of the next batch of waste
DETEX-Acid™ Descaling Detergent 
  • Designed to remove hardness scale after cleaning with one of the above cleaners
  • Should not be added back to the process tank after cleaning, but should be disposed
